Citizens Advice Wiltshire are an independent charity committed to helping people successfully deal with life’s problems.
They provide the advice people need for the problems they face and improve the policies and practices that affect people's lives.
They provide free, confidential and impartial advice to everyone on their rights and responsibilities. They value diversity, promote equality and challenge discrimination.
They are a local charity that gives advice over the phone, by email and on web chat, while reserving their face to face support for when it's most needed.
However, they are not running a drop-in service, so please call or email first. This way they can work out how best to help.
They have offices in Chippenham, Devizes, Salisbury and Trowbridge.
