** Melksham Gardens Competition Winners Announced **
The winners of the 2024 Melksham Gardens Competition have been announced.
The competition (formerly known as ‘Melksham in Bloom’) received a total of 25 entrants including individuals, businesses, schools and whole streets.
The entries were judged by an esteemed panel of judges made up of previous entrants, Melksham Bloomers and Melksham Town Councillors.
This year’s winners are:
A. Best Large Garden- Front

An honorary award has also been created for local resident Heather Songhurst who was nominated by her son, Nigel, and Son-in-Law Federico in recognition of the garden Mrs Songhurst has created in memory of her late husband, Roy.
The awards will be presented at the Food and River Festival on Sunday 1st September 2024 at 2pm.
