Melksham Town Council Grants Scheme

Melksham Town Council's Grants Scheme aims to support a diverse range of community activities, initiatives, and events that benefit the residents of Melksham Town. Please note that residents living within the Melksham Without area are not eligible for this funding.

Regular Grants will normally be limited to £1,000.

The current round of Regular Grants is now CLOSED.

The next round will open on Monday 13th January 2025, with a deadline of Friday 21st February 2025.

Civic Awards

The Melksham Civic Awards are a celebration of people and organisations who have made an outstanding contribution to Melksham in one of three fields:  

Community Award - made to an individual or organisation who through their efforts and achievements have made a significant contribution to the local community.

Achievement Award - made to an individual or team who has excelled within their particular field/activity (including sport). 

Enhancing Melksham Award - made to any individual, organisation or company who has improved the physical environment of Melksham.
