Melksham Town Council invites the community to take part in Coffee and Poppy Mornings as we work together on a special poppy art installation to commemorate the 80th anniversary of VE Day in May 2025. The display, featuring hand-knitted and crocheted poppies, will symbolise remembrance and unity.
How You Can Help
Donate: Black and red wool for the project.
Volunteer: Knitters and crocheters are encouraged to join in.
Coffee and Poppy Mornings Come along to our monthly sessions to knit poppies, enjoy a warm drink, and connect with others in a welcoming setting.
