Survey on Lighting Levels at King George V Playing Field

Melksham Town Council is inviting residents and visitors to share their views on the lighting at King George V Playing Field. With recent changes to the park’s festoon lighting, which has been dimmed for improved energy efficiency, the Council is seeking feedback to ensure the park remains safe and enjoyable for all.

The survey will help gather public opinion on whether the new lighting levels are suitable and if they contribute to a secure and pleasant environment for visitors at night. The Council values the community’s input and aims to make informed decisions based on the feedback received. 

How to Participate
The survey is open to everyone who visits or lives near the park.
